Changzhou Shengfa Bulb Factory established in 2001, is located in the scenic city of Changzhou, Jiangsu Province. We are engaged in major automobile and motorcycle lighting R&D, production and sale. After years of development and marketing, we have become the leader of automobile and motorcycle lighting industry.
